作者簡介

 

詹姆斯?克勞森(James G. Clawson),美國弗吉尼亞大學達頓商學院約翰遜與希金斯工商管理教授。他先後獲得斯坦福大學文學士、楊百翰大學工商管理碩士和哈佛大學商業管理博士學位,曾在哈佛商學院、日本國際大學、美國東北大學任教。克勞森教授的主要研究方向包括領導學、組織變革、組織領導、組織績效、職業生涯管理等。他長期為惠普、通用電氣、可口可樂、安永、BAE系統公司、USAA國際基金、漢莎航空、美國全國州議會會議等企業和組織擔任顧問。他出版有《平衡生活》《創建學習型文化》《組織中的實際問題》《自我評估與職業發展》等十餘部著作。

 

James G. Clawson is the Johnson & Higgins Professor of Business administration at the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia. He received a B.A. from Stanford University, an MBA from Brigham Young University, and a Ph.D. in business administration from Harvard University. He has taught at Harvard Business School, Japan International University, and Tohoku University. Professor Clausen's research interests include leadership, organizational change, organizational leadership, organizational performance, and career management. He has been a longtime consultant to HP, General Electric, Coca-Cola, Ernst & Young, BAE Systems, USAA International Fund, Lufthansa, and the National Conference of State Legislatures. He has published more than ten books, including Balanced Living, Creating a Learning Culture, Practical Problems in organizations, self-Assessment and Career Development.
